AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • The longer henna/jagua paste is in contact with your skin, the darker the stain and the longer your design will last.

  • Allow paste to dry, dab with sugar/lemon to keep paste on skin.

  • Leave paste on skin 4 to 6 hours, remove paste from skin (oil can be used), and keep stain out of water for 6 to 8 hours.

  • Design will be bright orange at first and gradually darken to brown, or greenish and darken to blue/black over 48 hours.

  • To protect your henna/jagua art, cover with water resistant oil or lotion before washing.
